Ted, The damn fool spent millions to recall Davis only to be upstaged by Arnold........and then he cries about it in a press conference.
Issa was the favorite whipping boy of Democrats who attacked his motives for funding the recall effort. It's funny how they overplayed that card, because they would have done better had Issa stayed in the race.
How can you ignore Issa's cry baby antics? Issa left the race because of Arnold and not because of the Dems. Why do you think he was crying? Because the Dems yelled at him? Never in a million years!
Meanwhile, I see another card being overplayed by the Dems. It focuses on how bad the recall is for California and for America in general.
It is bad......bad for CA and to a lesser degree for the US in general. Having Larry Flynt and Angeline run for governor........come on........it mocks the election process, not enhances it. Recalling a governor who's been in office for only 8 months because of a huge deficit that is as much the fault of the state legislature as it is the governor.
Come on, the whole thing is absurd. Issa thought he could buy himself the governorship and he was wrong but in the process, everything got screwed up and CA is on the hook for a $50 million election when it can't afford squat.
The side effect, of course, is the unintentional emphasis on how bad things already are in California. Let's face it, most people can't imagine how Ah-nuld can possibly do any worse. And besides, it's cool to have the Terminator as governor!
Yes, of course, first and foremost, Kalifornia wants to be kewl! And then Californians wonder why the state is always in a mess. Its why I left........its one of the reasons why more people left CA in the late ninties, then moved to CA. The tarnish is on the Golden State and these current antics do not help matters.
