I live in California. Last time I checked it was located in USA.

1 gallon of drinking water = $1.29 at local grocery store. 1 gallon of gas = $1.55 at Arco, but this price includes over $.35 in taxes. So drinking water is cheaper than gas. Of course you can find cheaper drinking water, but gas is still relatively cheap IMO. Of course I liked $.99 and $.89 gas, but I don't think sub $1 gas is a birth right of US citizens.
