Hi Kastel - This is something I am worried about short term - If Robry indicates that injection might be big, I will trim some of my Royalty trust and E&P positions on Tuesady or early Wednesday, before the storage numbers on Friday. I we get a drop, I wil then buy them back...

On a longer term basis, I think we get the fills that Robry is showing by keeping prices high, above $5.00. Under $5.00, we get fuel swithcing from oil to gas, as quehubo points out.

Two big dangers are -

1) There's been toom uch industrial demand destrution, and consumption will keep dropping. WIth the economy improving, this threat is somewhat muted.

2) Early part of Winter is warm.

These could lead to a price drop to the low $4.00 range.

If that happens, I may wait until a little later in the winter, (like January)then consider buying as the rig count starts dropping.

One thing to keep in mind is how a royalty trust compares to other available investments - they still look very good, just not a Absolutely Fabulous as they once did....
