Yeah I saw a show about that. But how do you harvest it without it blowing out as it prone to do? It can cause tidal waves if a big enough area of it goes.

Anyway I don't think that OPEC is required to sell us oil at any price. It's our own stupidity for becoming so reliant on stuff that we can't produce domestically. It's the fault of the govt for not developing alternative sources. It's really a national security issue but I guess they need the campaign contributions from big oil more than they need to protect the national interest.

My solution to all the worlds problems is population control. Less growth and most of the energy, social, and evironmental issues disappear. Euthanisation of dumb people would help but nobody supports that either....g
