Shareholder Committee Update The letter to the trustee was updated and resubmitted today. There are now 18 shareholders representing 842,745 shares. We will most likely not get a decision until next week since the US trustee is on vacation until Wednesday. In the meantime, we are awaiting a response from Loral regarding their support, or nonsupport, of our request to for a committee.
