Hi everyone, got another goofy problem and always get answers here. System is Dell p4, 1.7 mhz, 1 gig rd ram, win 2k pro os. I reformatted and now when I connect to dsl I can't get a page to load, just get "this page cannot be displayed" message. Sometimes after awhile it will load. Usually I reboot until it works. I thought it was a problem with dsl, but checked with them and they say it's a windows problem. Any ideas? TIA
