well directly, no I don't think Clinton had too much to do with inventions.

But AT LEAST he didn't spend the country into a double dip (or triple dip, whatever) recession like Bush is doing or already has done. 04 looks bleak for this economy, was the dividend tax cut worth it? Not to me.
