Steve, why do you think the company is "too close to Chapter 11"? They have a good amount of equity relative to long-term debt, and their current assets are about equal to current liabilities.

It looks like the new CEO is cleaning shop, figuring that since the quarter would be bad, he'd write off everything that he can/should.

Of course, I haven't suffered through the sharp drop in stock price like you have--I can understand your frame of mind.
