Ther is enough evidence out there to cast serious doubts about Bush II's leadership wrt Iraq. His advisors said that Iraq was a target prior to 9/11 and after 9/11 Blair was the one who kept Bush on track wrt Afghanistan.

Remember that the support for Bush II's policies was based on lies.
