Wow, a real OE breakout at last! Monday, August 11, may be the beginning over a turning point in OE. No news, yet strong upswing with good volume on NYSE. Notice from my charts and indicators that smart money (indicated by money flow) had been silently edging up for over two months. Something is "cooking" and can almost smell the aroma. If any truly major announcement comes forth from OE itself and confirmed by other news, we know this could be only the start of something BIG. Oh Daddy, let the good times roll! Keeping fingers crossed though, until confirmation becomes factual... mirages do occur when looking at things through rose-colored glasses. It's been a long road with too many false starts... wait for the reality to truly set in.
