In such a vast desert area, finding WMD is not something that can be done in a month or two. Of course the Saudis have challenged Bush. They want to discredit him, because they know if we keep delving into the matters of the Middle East, we will find their culpability in the 9/11 attack, financial support to Osama, and a, previously, open policy toward Iraq. The Arab mind has been known to be secretive, and deceptive, for a thousand years. They have not changed. In Arab tradition, it is not a crime to lie, or steal. The only crime, in their minds, is getting caught. |
