I wonder if I am "spinning out of control"? Maybe. Maybe I am off the deep end completely. Yes, winning both motions Aug. 1 was out of control. Schwab backing down completely admitting a mistake, Terra Nova counsel nervously asking the judge if the denial was with prejudice, the writs with the COA requesting an opposition, the appeals I filed, leading to Berber requesting an extra month to think it over and then file his reply, Rea's lawyers parting ways with their client - yes, all wildly out of control. Rip Van Winkle still asleep while his raft is headed for Angel Falls... Yes, maybe some here would care to comment why it is that the IRS, to whom I "officially" owe some $50 million in taxes has at no time attempted to seize my assets, but the Virginia Department of Taxation, for a relatively piddling mere $1.4 mill now is trying it all up and down Wall Street? Hmmm, maybe no one on Terra Nova's payroll at IRS...
