I wonder if I am "spinning out of control"? Maybe. Maybe I am off the deep end completely. Yes, winning both motions Aug. 1 was out of control. Schwab backing down completely admitting a mistake, Terra Nova counsel nervously asking the judge if the denial was with prejudice, the writs with the COA requesting an opposition, the appeals I filed, leading to Berber requesting an extra month to think it over and then file his reply, Rea's lawyers parting ways with their client - yes, all wildly out of control.

Yes, maybe some here would care to comment why it is that the IRS, to whom I "officially" owe some $50 million in taxes has at no time attempted to seize my assets, but the Virginia Department of Taxation, for a relatively piddling mere $1.4 mill now is trying it all up and down Wall Street? Hmmm, maybe no one on Terra Nova's payroll at IRS...
