Either a passport, or a birth certificate, AND a picture showing their picture. These I-9's are to be in their employment files. Why should one employer have to comply, and another one not comply? Why even have a law, if we are going to not pay attention to it? We have some job opening for picking strawberries. You get to work outdoors in the sun and you get paid 1 dollar for every 25 pounds that you harvest. Do you know anyone interested in this this job?
