W ith regard to whether the trading is illegal,I'd be surpised if they hadn't checked with their legal advisors before the trades were made.Whether my allegations of their puchases at $9 & a small fraction are true or bogus will become clear when their S4 filings become available to the general public. Corporate insiders must file with the SEC by the 10th day of the month following the month in which they made the trades.They may file earlier. I have a reliable source for my info.
