Unfortunately, Bull is right about the Investor's Digest.
Mr. Speller also ran a promotion of BIV towards the end of February which resulted in pushing the price up to $.52. His target price at that time was $1.00 within 12 months(sound familiar?).
Mr. Speller was a shareholder at the time and I'm sure he continues to
buy and sell BIV on a regular basis making a hefty profit during his promotions. The company's ability to sign contracts will ultimately determine if BIV hits $1.00.
