Ted, in times of fiscal strife, your real priorities shine through. Being a fiscal conservative means some painful choices have to be made when it comes to cutting spending. Bill Clinton never really had to make those choices, so I'm not sure he demonstrated that he could be a "fiscal conservative." Well, OK, he didn't bloat government as much as he could have.
