Candle stick, this goes on every year. These guys have tons of stock, and occasionally sell some. On the Dell board on AOL, some people noted some sales as a sure sign of trouble prior to earnings last Qtr. Well we know what's happened since. These guys have options to buy more at some point, and while in some companies a lot of insider selling may be a tipoff of trouble, you shouldn't draw that conclusion with Dell. I'm not saying it can't be a problem here, but I wouldn't just jump to that conclusion in this case. Dave PS look at your following posts those insiders sold 40-50 points early!
