Affirmative action, discarded affirmatively. No more state-sanctioned discrimination facilitated by trampling on Constitutionally-guaranteed private property rights.

'Monopolies' are welcome. If you can build one, it's yours...unless you're a government entity.

State-funded welfare? Farewell.

Drugs? All you can carry! (None for me, thanks.)

Education? Three options: at home, at a privately-run institution, or whatever you pick up along the road of life.

Insider trading? Legal. Usury? Legal. Prostitution? Legal. Drunk driving? Subject to moving violations like any other driving-related infraction.

What's illegal? Well, for starters, retroactive litigation, such as the EPA's SuperFund managed in the early 1980's. And just about anything that coercively re-arranges the social or economic standing of private citizens. And giving billions of dollars in domestic tax monies to other countries.

I could continue.
