Davis didn't get a majority even then. Think about it.

That's why Davis will lose the recall. He needs a majority to back him and the 30% that he bought with state money won't do.

Actually, I'm torn by that. Recall has been tried in CA 31 times before and never gotten to this stage, the Dems tried it against Reagan in 1968, so it's not some power grab as the Dems/liars say it is.

CA Dems deserve Davis. Davis in office means Boxer goes down - that's why she wants him out.
