Yes they still do own Toy Biz. Toy Biz Worldwide is a seperate outfit. They license out to TBW for most of the stuff and reserve the major characters for themselves with Toy Biz.

I think they mentioned at the CC that they weren't interested in buying a toy producer. There's 2 posts on Yahoo (poster name Armand) with CC notes where this was mentioned.

Another gap up today from everyone who didn't hear the news until after work.
