I was going about steam cleaning my carpet this morning, an experience that would not provoke the b-word no matter how you define it, when out of nowhere came a substitute word you might like--calling. Seems to me that finding one's b---- is finding one's calling.

Some people are called to be teachers or artists or parents. This innate drive to work with their hands or care for the suffering or grow things is what makes life meaningful, is where people get their energy. If Dian Fossey is called to study and protect gorillas in Africa rather than raise babies in Peoria, I don't see how that can be a Bad Thing.
