Thos criminals are in our country. We don't have a world wide mandate for our police force. The UN made the resolutions- they did not make them so that one country could go it alone, or go it with smaller countries needy enough to want to tag along.

What it means is- the US invaded a sovereign country with spurious shifting justifications. Rather than solving anything, we have probably bred ourselves a really big problem down the road in Iraq- and not too far down the road, I would imagine. I suspect Afghanistan may turn out to be such a problem too. Some people on SI count Afghanistan as a "win", but it is much to soon to count it so, imo.
