On 9/11, 19 criminals came from abroad. The point of the exercise, lest you get sidetracked, is to stop them wherever they are, to keep them from getting here to kill again. The UN is NOT in charge of our national defense, and we have not abdicated that authority to any other nation or group of nations (thank God). We have used the UN to further our interests and those of international security, but when the UN backs down and doesn't enforce its own will, we still have to act in our own national security interests.

Any notion that by fighting terrorists we are inciting them is ridiculous. They've been highly successful at recruiting and indoctrinating since long before 9/11. To them, jihad is a religious duty.

They won't stop unless they're forced to stop. Why don't you get it?
