Last week my commute pattern changed due to some training that I had to attend. I haven’t used some of these freeways in ages, but they were sufficiently crowded to lead me to believe that unemployment here in the SF Bay Area isn’t as bad as the press would have me believe.
I've noticed the same.

I've even noticed a few new companies show up in that humongous amount of vacate commercial space in Silicon Valley. And there are reports the vulture capitalists are stirring again.
