I don't know if it is a fact,
But I read somewhere the satellite from LOR is completed and packaged waiting to be delivered.
About the finances, it seems to me that when an order is placed there is a deposit required.
I understood that the China area is growing in leaps and bounds and more satellites are necessary.
Wiring the country will take many years and I don't think
phone companies want the expense.
Very confused,
