The norse had Ash Yggdrasil, too - treetotem.com

This fellow is listing quite a number - treetotem.com
... the maya had a tree god, don't see it listed here ..... most cultures did, it just doesn't make sense to worship a bug or something, unless you're out in the desert and really hard up

Doubling the number of whacko religions in Palestine over the last few years has seemed to cause problems .... so now, what can we do ..... returning to the previous situation won't work, as the invading whacko religion refuses to take the Whack out of their Whackostaat, and they've got nukes too, speaking of whack, so that won't work

So, maybe we could triple the number of whacko religions, that might help .... three is a lucky number to the treeists, is it not, this comes about because the frog treeists cannot pronounce 'th' ...... so let's try it, eh .... the worst we can do is leave them with hills planted in saplings, and they can always cut them down and use them to beat on each other
