No I didn't know McClintock was pro-life, I somewhat suggested that to be his "formal" position due to the strongarming by the party. If he denounced the conservative social agenda (that I really think a very small percentage of these guys actually support) then I'd vote for him, otherwise no.

The problem with all these social issues like gay marriage is they take time away from the white collar jobs problem which is really significant.

As far as the illegal aliens from mexico issue, I don't know what to think about it. Seems like we have an equilibrium today and everybody is happy in agribusiness is that right, or are the illegals a drain on the state? I don't have a position.

I sure have a position on these indian work visas, though which is that they have destroyed some new growth industries in the state. There isn't much support for work visas anymore though, given the employment numbers. SO they are gone, good riddance. I guess if I support removing work visas I should support stronger policing of mexican borders? Right now I don't think its an issue, I just want to be consistent though. My dislike of indian work visas is purely economic in nature.

In fact, H-P CEO Carly Fiorina may want to consider moving to New Delhi also. Her $4.2 million salary last year could buy an entire town over there and turn all the people into indentured servants.

Or, perhaps the solution is much simpler. Fire Fiorina and hire one of the top executives from a company such as Satyam (NYSE:SAY) which is a leader in outsourced information technology. They must be willing to work twice as hard for 2% of what Carly makes.

Satyam's CEO pay listed last year was $84,000. He's working for 2% of what Carly made last year.
