Joe, Arnold is not a libertarian, either. Otherwise, he'd be arguing for massive budget cuts and massive reduction of government services. The way he's running his campaign, he wants to keep tax rates and social services on the same level, and grow revenue by luring businesses back into California.

Of course, he'll realize that a lot of government programs need to be reformed, streamlined, or even cut in order for him to achieve his vision. But that's still a far cry from what libertarians believe, which is minimalist government.
