How many Americans in the continental US have been killed by the NK vs al Qaeda? Why limit it to the continental US? Overall a lot more Americans have been killed by North Korea. Because the continental US is the homeland. That should be our primary concern re. defense. Also if you drop both the Korean War and 9/11 (the two biggest incidents from each) it is still true that North Korea has killed more Americans. In the continental US?
