Rather than talking "under whelming or overwhelming force", why not discuss methods which neutralize al Qaeda.

OK, what method do you suggest that you think would work that the administration hasn't tried?

For starters spend the money allocated for terrorists on trying to capture the terrorists and not on the Iraqi war.

A major beefing up of the CIA should be happening. We need to be going underground everywhere in the world. Instead of spending billions on this stupid*ss war in Iraq, those billions should be spent bolstering and encouraging development in and trade with third world countries that our friendly to us.

Reducing poverty in the world would go a long way in neutralizing terrorists and their cause.
