shrub invaded on lies of "no doubt" that WMDs were a threat. shrub invaded on the lie that al qaeda and saddam were working together. The UN was the body to which cooperation or noncoperation with inspectors was the issue Blix also stated that cooperation was getting better and that the inspection process was working. shrub did NOT claim to be invading on the basis of perceived lack of cooperation with the inspectors.
