Your assessment is not that of The Washington Post, which does say that the Administration exaggerated, but also says that it was not likely to have engaged in fabrication. Intelligence work is partially a matter of inference, not rock- solid fact. The only charge that so far has a chance of sticking is that the Administration underplayed controversy about the evidence........
