The co. has given some of the last S8 stock to lawyers and accountants, as of late. they could be unloading, But that can't last forever. Roland told me they have no plan of issuing more stock.
Bottom line is we need more buyers than sellers to move this one up.
The shorter"s take advantage of a lack of demand.
Good news is the 10 k will show a profit, they are working on some exciting things, hoping to complete them by the middle of this month, and make some anouncements.
3 million shares is not a lot, very small relative to other co.'s.
$600,000 is all it would take to buy the whole co.
If 20 investors of $5,000 came in and tried to buy, 500,000 shares it should get the price up. unlesss there is 500,000 waiting to be sold in a MM's house. If I don't find out first, please call the co. and find out specifically where the shares are. When the supply dries up and demand increases we'll be back up.
If we get some good news out there, which should happen within the next several months. we'll see this stock back up.
Just be patient.

P.S. Mike I have 40,000 shares plan to buy more. With Morgan's history of 12 Co.s he does'nt seem like a bad partner. Bet on management thats the bottom line. |
