I for one don't see the economy turning up. Neither do corporate insiders who are selling at a rate not seen since 2000. Speaking of rates does it concern anyone that the fed seems to have lost control of them.
Meanwhile I heard on the radio this morning that the guy arrested for trying to peddle a sam was sold it by the feds and was trying to sell it back to other feds. If this is the best we can do in the war on terrorism we are in trouble.
