US is hemhoraging cash. I dont think we can hit a home run both militarily/politically and economically without help. What happened to all the folks who want to internationalize this etc. If us congress should allocate so should euro/japanese/canadian parliaments. We cant be the worlds policeman, fireman, sanitationman and banker in multiple locations all at the same time and without substantial help. Marcos wants to help. Think there has to be some other world leaders who see the importance of not having bilows scenario be allowed to play out. mike
