Ok 20 billion it is and the US should do it alone. I am in. Might as well roll the dice. It is what americans different from the euros and special. Let them stand by and say dumb things like US hegemony is a bigger threat than al quaeda. Seriously I agree with you--you convinced me. We must make this work or at least make every attempt. mike
