If you go to the url on that story there is also a photo of Eric. I saw him once years ago and, man he looks very different now. And yes, I agree his frequent comments to the press before the proceedings are to me, an indicator that he is an out of control desperate person. For the reporter to even find him in his hotel room in Chapel Hill, is an indicator they were actively seeking out media attention. I doubt the reporter tracked him down through osmosis.. :)
I would think the court proceeding would be about over for the day now.. be interesting to see the post hearing information...
