Robert N. Elkins, M.D. is the President and CEO of IHS, our merger partner. Fortunately or unfortunately, it probably doesn't matter much how we evaluate the merger; it matters how the institutional investors who hold most of the stock evaluate it. I tried contacting Putnam Investments a couple of weeks back. They hold about 10% of ROTC shares (or at least did as of the last proxy statement). As expected, they wouldn't even talk to me about it; being a small investor does have its disadvantages.
