my big complaint with Bush is the dividend tax cut. That was wrong on so many levels but a huge missed opp. He should have cut the PAYROLL TAX which is something that makes US workers uncompetitive besides. I'd love all passive income to be a freebie but the fact is that these politicians can't get a handle on the SS mess, and therefore they need to fund it somehow, and it is not reasonable to overtax the american worker to do so, since we have enough global competitive issues as it is!

I think jobs will continue to bleed, no way around it. Hope Bush plans for it this time.
