I know what goes on in my own pocketbook.....gas prices are level within a ten cent range, my property taxes went up about $250.00, NH has no income tax, Nh has no sales tax and my federal income tax bite is less this year than last year on a slightly higher income....my auto insurance is less than half of what my brother in Massachusetts pays and he owns comparable vehicles and has a 16 year old driver as well....food costs are cheaper here than in Mass. and generally everything is cheaper except electricity....
