If you are going to be ridiculous there is no point in me responding to more of your posts. People know (or should know) why they enlist in the military. There is no reason for me to answer for people who don't know why they are there. The conditions they are living under are an awful struggle that these people opted for when they signed up. That doesn't mean we should dismiss it. Its a marvelous sacrifice and a reason to honored for their nobility. It is likely that many/most people back home don't fully appreciate it.

I could be wrong but I believe you are being entirely disengenuous. I have not seen posts where you have argued for increasing the military budget, so that the troops and families would have more. If this is your genuine position, why just a few hundred? Why not award them with real wealth and give proper recognition to their honorable role?

No one got their pay cut because of how I feel or because of people like me.
