Your point is infinitely expandable based on infinitely expandable assumptions.

Tell me at 8AM EST tomorrow morning which stock you are buying or selling to react to this event and I will be interested. Better yet, tell me now what you plan to buy and we will see how it moves pre-market.

Maybe you can find some frantic penny stock trading that makes money for 10-15 mins. Play the panic and see if you can fleece the herd. But this is one step away from a non-event for the rest of the world. Good luck.
