Aquatic Announces the New Tiger-Lynk Web Site and First Nations Contract

VERNON, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 14, 2003--Aquatic announced today the new and exciting trademark image and name for Legacy and Aquatics robotic technology. The new site has been created to better inform our customers and shareholders about our present and future plans. CEO Sheridan Westgarde stated "The website will greatly improve customer awareness and show that Aquatic is much more than a wood company". Our team is now focused on building a company that will expand based on our new mandate. Legacy and Aquatic are working together to forge a solid future for Tiger-Lynk.

Gary Ackles founder of Legacy Systems stated "We are very excited about the new web site". We have been waiting for the opportune time to unveil our new image and to show the world that we are forging ahead shoulder to shoulder accepting nothing less then success and prosperity. Additionally, Aquatic and Legacy have agreed to proceed with negotiating an exciting opportunity that would further expand opportunities into the oil and gas industry. This initiative should secure an ongoing revenue stream and increase Tiger-Lynk's exposure to the offshore industry.

Westgarde further announced that "Aquatic has been contracted by a First Nations company to develop a business plan and financial arrangements for the construction and project implementation of the Tiger-Lynk robotic system in Canada". We feel that by offering the opportunity to proliferate the harvesting technology in Canada to this First Nations group will allow us to focus on our diverse global opportunity in the industrial marine robotics field.
