Power slowly comming back on. Was not lightening, maybe something else. Looting reported in Ottawa. Ontario dark up to Timmings. Detroit, Cleveland dark. 9 nuke plants in US down, a couple in Canada. They will take a few days to come back, more gas and oil will be used in the meantime. Mostly business as usuall by tommorow for most areas... some power baCK IN long island, north Bronx.
