A dividend tax cut is irresponsible

But why don't you put it your opinion out there, we have lost 3 million jobs since Bush took office- you say things are recovering, so you mean we are going to start adding 100K jobs a month pretty soon then? When will this metamorphasis take place? We lost another 50K in July. Today's jobless claims were almost 400K, terrible for the 3rd year of a jobloss recession (or recovery whatever this is)
