Former energy secretary Richardson (now gov. of N.M.) made the most sense of this. He is OPTOMISTIC cause now this will FORCE Congress to devise and adopt an energy policy something I notice Bush has been HARPING on for MONTHS.
This may reel in the conservationists that keep us from having adequate NUCLEAR power, adequate REFINING CAPACITY, adequate POWER DISTRIBUTION. Frankly, I blame this WHOLE THING ON THEM. jdn
