I don't generally like to put people on ignore, because I think it's a good idea to keep an open mind and listen to both sides. But, Laz Long does seem to be somewhat of a thread annoyance (not too bad in my web experience though, he keeps it above board).
Perhaps he brings the "official" U.S. government party line to the thread that has to be considered, but why he believes it hook, line, and sinker is beyond me?!? If there's one group in American society that any rational thinker has to conclude has totally lost credibility, it's the U.S. government and their official party line BS that they spew day in and day out.
Going all the way back to the 1960s and the Viet Nam War, the government was proven time and time again to be liers, with inflated body counts and proclimations that victory was just around the corner, and even a phony justification for the war (Gulf of Tonkin incident). After that you have: Watergate, October Surprise, Iran/Contra, the Gulf War I (another ball of lies), all the Clinton lies and scandals, the stolen election of 2000, this phony justification for a 2nd war with Iraq, yada yada yada... And we're suppossed to believe the official party line for what happened on 9/11?!? Please! |
