But I think this Northeastern America blackout has nothing to do with overdemanding, does it? And for China, most electricity shortage in cities now (not only in Shanghai), is due to the extreme heat in this summer and widespread use of airconditioners. It is really hot this summer, in some cities like Beijing it is over 110 degree. and it is humid.
