Just to point out that China knows and does implement moderation and preservation measures. Hope they continue with the small bubbles economy and curb/stop any big bubble. Small bubbles can last a long time. Big bubble burst is very devastating. The cause of eastern US blackout may have nothing to do with overdemand, but who knows? Looks like there is some serious inadequacies and flaws in the powergrid. It was an unbelievable chain reaction and the impact could not be isolated.
