The "We" is a very central part of the Rove public relations strategy

in speaking to the dumbed down, like him.

He knows it on a visceral -- and practical -- level.

The resentment of intellect.

It's to position (lie, in other words) to the rednecks of the right who "think" [sic] that they support the Neocon platform, to "get onboard the train," or you will be ostracized from the GROUP. Belonging to "the group" is more important than anything else in the pitiful lives of these poor saps.
